I bought a Croma 1.5 ton split AC on 4th April 2012 with an extended warranty. From the day I bought the installation was wrong with that the AC got affected with water dripping in 2months I had given a complaint but no response, emailed the customer care they acknowledged with an email saying will get back in 24hrs but I dont know what 24hrs meant for them I left it like that as it was winter.
When I complained on Feb 2013 within the warranty period they visited my place after the warranty even I had the extended warranty they play tricks that the extended warranty does not have free service, since I bought my AC it went without any free AC.
It was the wort ever service by Croma as I visited there stores 4-5 times to give complaint and no one cared to follow up or do there best to overcome my problem.
The extended warranty is just a crap to pull extra money and nothing is beneficiary for the customer. My complaint no is CHN300413FS00009. Customer relation person - Ansari in T.Nagar Croma the worst person I met.
