Hi...I had bought a crompton fan from a local store in November 2023. Just after 5 months, that is in March 2024, there was huge noise when the fan was rotating. I called the custome care and raised a complaint, since the product was still under warranty. A technician came last week and said a part needs to be replaced and he will come back to us. After about 4 days, when I sent a message to the technician, he said there is no stock of that particular part and I should contact the service manager Anil Kumar 7619442426. I tried calling this person so many times and sent a WhatsApp message too. There is no response from this so called service manager. In-between all this, I called the customer care so many times to get my issue sorted. All they have to say is that I have to wait for 5 to 6 working days. Its more than a week now, and I dont see any action from their end. I advise all of you to please do not purchase crompton products. They are of worst quality and the customer service is pathetic. When I wanted to talk to a manager, the customer service agent at crompton hung up the call twice without transferring to a manager. Worst company, product and customer service.
