Hello, I will write a complete review of my experience with another router that I purchased. The Dlink Dir 819 dual-band router. During the Diwali sale time, I also bought the router for Flipkart for Rs 999/- which was an incredible price.
The router is an average dual-band router with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band operation. It has 3 antennas where 2.4 GHz is used for the two antennas, and 5 GHz band is used for the middle antenna. When purchasing this form of the router, the user first needs to test if it supports the 5 GHz or only the 2.4 GHz system available at home. Even the range is normal and the speed is ok as well. There’s no Dlink app support on this dual-band router too. Even the setup page is easy with several options provided that can be used during setup.
I’ve faced a problem with a router resetting itself automatically, don’t know-how and the technician didn’t know why. I have faced the problem twice in my usage for the whole year. An average router.
Whether to buy or not, depends on the user.
