From last more than 2 years using DNA INFOTEL broadband, trust me a very worst services I got, very bad experience I received while using DNA internet services.. every alternate day services are going down, request engineer visit to check the issue, but engineers are visiting to check.. compaint tickets are keep open more than 15 days and still it’s open.. but no resolution i got.. still DNA infotel internet services are down.. my all office work got stucked.. very pathetic services.. my only request to every one from vasai virar district citizens not to hire DNA infortel services.. people in my society and others people who were using DNA are discontinue the services and taken other broadband internet services.. DO NOT GO FOR "DNA INFOTEL".
