Hello all. Today I am going to write a short review on DTDC courier and its services.
I personally feel that DTDC is indeed one of the best way to send and receive Parcels. My first choice will definitely be DTDC as I have been using their services from past more than 5 years.
What best I like about DTDC is their service rate per kilogram of the parcel is less in comparison to many other courier service providers. They have two modes of transport viz, via SURFACE and via AIR.
They have a Express Services for delivering documents and small parcels within INDIA and I have used this service many times. Each and every time the Item has been delivered on time and I am so thankful for that.
I would also like to provide this information that we can also send huge volumes of goods via surface at a very cheap price. But the time required for the delivery will be long than the usual Air mode.
One more good thing about DTDC couriers is that they deliver almost in every corner of India. The Website is also very simple and user friendly. We can also easily track any consignment that we have booked. The customer care executives are good and they try to understand the issue before coming to the resolution. I have personally felt that way as I have contacted twice for Trying not to try to deliver on a Particular day and they have updated the same on their system and it was of great help.
