Worst courier company, never send any parcel which has any glass items, I sent costly items to Noida from Kolkata, and the whole shipment was damaged when received. When I try to talk to the customer care executives they just tell me they will write a complaint but are not taking any action against it since 48 hours. I am just hearing that someone will get in touch, but no one is doing anything about it, never ever trust thks courier service, it’s The WORST One. I even mailed regarding the same putting in all the unpacking videos and pictures. still no action taken.You can also see it in the picture, how badly it has been damaged.
