I know if I wont get my product, I will get the refund but the only thing I am concerned about is how irresponsible these companies and their employees are? and in case Employees dont respond positively, you need a commitment from higher authorities . I have already written to the CEOs vijoy.nair@decathlon.com and steve.dykes@decathlon.com of Decathlon but they also did not take the responsibility to answer my concern.
If a client has given you enough time for the delivery and the reason for cancellation is Decathlon and Delhivery then why should Client wait for 5 days to get the Refund?
