They are like any normal insurance broker but with the extra hype.
So I wanted to purchase a term insurance. I put my query on their platform, they quickly gave me quotation from Max, HDFC and ICICI.
They recommend the same 3 companies to all the customers.
After I decided the insurance and made the payment, Ditto went vanish. No communication no email nothing. No after service nothing. They didn’t even bother to check if my medical tests were done or do I have any query nothing.
I read more about them. Apparently the founders are from IIM Ahmedabad and I can tell for a fact, if the CEO is reading this. You are not creating any change or anything. You’re simply any other insurance broker who is very good till the point of sales and after that you don’t a sh about the customer.
I will not recommend anyone to purchase any insurance product from their platform. Better go directly with HDFC, ICICI, LIC or Max. There are no better companies than these 4.
