I like trying out new restaurants which serve good food and also serve as a great place to relax and have a good time in the company of friends or family. Dolphin Biryani House has always been a favorite spot of mine to have some authentic and yummy Mughlai food.
As Hyderabad was under the Mughal rule, its food is heavily influenced by the food of the kings and everything is rich in taste and presentation.
From veg to non veg, everything served here is delightful and a pleasure for the taste buds. I love their Paneer Hyderabadi, Chicken Mughlai, Andhra Mutton, Dolphin Special Mutton, Shahi Naan, Masala Naan and of course their Chicken and Mutton Dum Biryani.
All the curries that they cook come with oodles of oil which adds excellent flavour to the dish. The naans are soft and go extremely well with any curry or gravy that you order.
The star has to be the Biryani! The meat is cooked in mouthwatering masalas and set for a dum. The end result is succulent pieces of meat in aromatic and flavourful rice, which one can never have enough of!
I love everything that they serve here and the staff too is very courteous and helpful. Do go to the Dophin Biryani House and have a gala time eating here.
