We went to this place for an office lunch recently. It was a large group but we had reserved in advance and arrived around noon. The menu is long with standard North Indian and Chinese fare. It took a while to even get our drink/appetizers order through. Then came the first fiasco: we had a bunch of people who were veg and they were served an appetizer, confidently identified by the waiter. as "chilli paneer". After a few bites and repeated checks, it turned out to be chilli chicken -- and the head waiter told us our waiter was somebody new and didn’t know (to be fair to the new waiter, their chilli chicken looks identical to chilli paneer, smothered in that red paste -- so it is indeed hard to tell the difference for someone new)! Some apology. The second fiasco: someone found hair in their appetizer (some appetizer that!). The third fiasco: the main dishes were just left on a nearby table for at least 10 minutes and one of us just decided to serve it ourselves! The excuse was that some folks had shown up without reservation and they were short-staffed (ok, so stick it to the folks who made the reservation?!). By the time we escaped from the place, it was around 3pm -- all in all, wish we had been forewarned enough to avoid this place!
