Ekart is a fraud company, one of the delivery boy called me and told, I got a parcel from Flipkart, I thought someone from my home ordered and asked him to handover at Security and I paid the amount through google pay. after reaching home when I open the box there is a third class watch not worth R100/- and they have taken Rs.1799/- and when I checked from my family members no one has ordered anything from Flipkart.
I have given a complaint to Ekart and Flipkart, both are not responding I think is a common practice to them.
Ekart is cheating the customers, be careful before taking anything from the Ekart Logistics
