The auto-ignition stops working with in 2 months of purchase, very poor service. We had called customer care 3-4 timers till now, and every time they just ignore the request.
ignition - spark doesn’t come on one of the burners with the corresponding knob. When turn on other knob the spark comes.
The burner got bent and flame doesn’t come properly.
The customer service is piss-poor. I log a request, they come, check the hob, ask for warranty card and invoice copy, and they never get back. I then have to log another request.
Better not to buy this at all.
