This is the worst service I have ever seen. I ordered Emma matress online. I got am order number and was waiting for my delivery. When I didnt recieve any dispatch information. I emailed them inquiring about my order. The customer service guy informed me there was a technical issue and all the orders placed in last few weeks were cancelled. And I will need to raise order again.
When I went to create a new order I found they have raised the price by 100 %.
I still went ahead and booked my order.
It’s being more than 15 days I have not received my order.
No one is responding on customer care number. I have written numerous mails to customer support team but no one is responding.
