Today I am going to review the Epson L565 multifunction printer. I have been using this printer from last 1 year which I purchased for 17000 rupees.
Talking about the paper handling of this printer is very bad because many a times the paper get stuck in between only I need to pull the paper to take it out. Also while printing it cause black lines in between.
It is not at all user friendly because I have always been get frustated while using the printer because as it is said it is multi function printer but it take lot of time to connect with the phone as it has the features but it take so much time.
Printing speed of the epson L565 printer is very slow it print only 9 page per minute after the usage of 6 months. When it was brand new it was able to print to print 15 page per minute but gradually it is getting slow.
The customer service of the Epson is very slow. I had contacted many a times to Epson call center but they do not answer the calm but instead keep me in waiting. Whenever I get connected they are not able to solve my problem and answer that send it to service center but the problem is then also not solved.
Features of this printer are that it get connected through wifi then through phone also. No cable is also needed to connect it.
But according to me the printer is very bad plz donot buy it is waste of money.
