I purchased this product on 26/01/2017. On first week of January 2018 technician visited for the general service.The product is in warranty period. he checked and told that filters need to be replaced and it will cost around Rs.4900 to Rs.5000. It is not worth paying Rs.5000 for the product of Rs.17200 yearly. I purchased this product for Rs.17200. I was surprised to hear the filter cost Rs.5000. Technician told that this products filters are costly. Then I called the customer care regarding this on January 5, 2018. Customer care people do not know anything about the product. Its told to me by the customer care that they cant help with the technical specification. After requesting they connected to someone else in which I did not get any satisfied answer.
After this I got a feed back message, in which I gave very less. After few minutes I got a phone call to know why the feedback given unsatisfactory. I told the details. They confirmed my details and there is one more surprise the model which is purchased & what the customer care is having is different in my profile.Its told to me that it will be followed up. No followup is been done.
I am surprised how Eureka Forbes can charge Rs. 5000 for the filters replacement. The product is still in warranty period along with the extended warranty for one more year. I will never recommend this to anyone.
