This is a warning to all AG RO Buyers, do not enter in to AMC contract with them. They are there only to collect money and not to offer periodic support.
I bought an Aquaguard RO Total Reviva way back in 2008 or 09 and since then I have been giving them AMC till JUly 02, 2015it was in force. .
In 2013 I had problem with the machine as usual and their engineer came after repeated attempts and left the machine useless for a week citing waiting for some spares. Later he made the machine run. Five months back, I had problem with machine and their newly appointed dealer in West Mamabalm arrived promptly and rectified.
Later on July 02 I called them for service again but failed to notice that, they did not even call me this time for renewal AMC that happens before 10 or 15 days of expiry of AMC. Since non one turned up till July 10th, I myself opened the machine to find the following facts. Pressure Switch was totally disconnection that should have happened 2 years back. First Carbon filter was not looped to itself, as new engineer must have been confused. THIS IS THE PLIGHT OF AQUA GUARD. BE WARE.They never come for periodic cleaning of filters which is their main job. Being helath related equipment, they should do without we calling them.
