Ive recently had the worst experience with Fragrancex! They have lost me as a customer. Ive communicated via email and called their customer service number on several occasions. Each time I do, I get different answers, leaving me with either unexceptable or no resolve. I had a parcel mishandled (extremely late by 10 days) by USPS. I notified fragrancex and they issued a refund. Now they want the product returned. I want the product I ordered, initially paid for, etc. I offered to pay for it and was told NO, SEND IT BACK, ON MY DIME! I was told by a previous customer service representative they would bill my original payment account for it and I was fine with that. Then I was told no we cant do that.
Second issue was a missing product from my order. I called and sent the photos fragrancex requested they still havent resolved the issue. Ive been ordering for a while. Customers are not criminals and I refuse to be treated like one! I have contacted them on several occasions and asked to reverse refund, offered to pay, absolutely will NOT PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE!, INQUIRED in writing and via customer service about my missing product, to no avail!!! Still trying to figure out how to cancel my account! 0 stars
