Fusion 9 beats any place in Hyderabad in the brunch stakes. Tall claim huh, lemme tell you why.
There aren’t too many places that will give you great continental food and super alcohol on a hot Sunday afternoon. One of the few alcohol serving places where a veggie will not feel left out.
The Eats
Variety of breads and meats. Eggs and pasta made to order. The chef makes a deadly chicken n mushroom omlete. Decent options in Indian food. The kebabs are pretty good. Great selection in deserts (mainly pastries). They also have exotic options from time to time. Sushi was served the last time I was there.
D’alcool
All the Smirnoff. Picture this mate, great crowd, good ambience and you are sipping on Smirnoff n Cranberry Juice. If you drink beer then have no fear coz Kingfisher is also in on the deal. There is another option of a wine cocktail that did not go down too well with me.
Extras
Very important that you get there well in time because they are open from 12 ish to about 4.00 pm. The staff are prompt. Making reservations will help. The whole unlimited food + alcohol deal will set you back by about 600 bucks including taxes. Ideal for a group of 2-10 people.
