They very smartly move the conversation over phone and submit fabricated details in claim report so that they can reject the claim. In my case the verification call they made they mould the conversation and kept the phone recording on basis of which I will have to pay thousands of my hard earned money for repairs. They first entered wrong details and then said they don’t correct it, Rude staffs saying "claim toh nhi milega tujhe ". Do not buy insurance from this company. I will be switching to the other company this year. Beware of them they don’t even care for one star review, Big time scammers.
