We had a very nice experience at Godrej Memorial Hospital when my mother was admitted recently in this hospital.Starting from the admission process to the doctor visit & nurses interactions to the discharge process was smooth & simple, no complicated process like some other hospitals.They have a helpdesk staff right in front of the main entrance of the hospital who are very helpful in understanding the patients situation & requirement & accordingly provide an appropriate solution in terms of which department or doctor to be met for the treatment etc.They are prompt.They also have discounted health package check ups every now & then.
Also, they have an in house pharmacy so you don’t have to go out for purchasing medicines.This pharmacy gives 10% discount on medicines for senior citizens only!
Also, this is not a very expensive hospital.And everyone who needs medical assistance is welcome here.Sometimes even Celebs come in like Aishwarya Rai etc to inaugurate some hospital events.The amenities are decent & hygiene is maintained as it belongs to GODREJ GROUP.
