goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Just today I booked flight tickets from goibibo.com worth 32k for Kolkata Pune flight
The problem: They booked the tickets and sent mail showing that the seats were confirmed but had no seat numbers, which simply means that the airlines can allot us any seats without any discrimination, though we have kids with us in the journey .
Secondly this site is charging us more than the airlines itself .
So booking your flight tickets with goibibo is loss in 2 ways:
Your seat numbers will be given to you at the convenience of the airlines.
You pay more than what you would have paid if you booked directly from the airlines and there you can also choose your seat location.
Better option would be to book the airlines ticket directly from the airlines website itself.
