Hi, definitely this is a good platform to share my personal experience which I had in one of the interviews which happened with HCL technologies last year.
I had got a call for an interview for the post of senior associate. The interview was scheduled at 10am but the HR turned up late. The first round was the technical round they conducted and I got through it. the second round was the personal round and I spoke about myself and my birth place was Bangalore and all of a sudden the HR’s attitude changed and turned out to be rude because he got irritated because I’m a localite. He deliberately failed me in the interview and I was not in a position to question WHY? !.
Later, I complained against the senior HRM of the company by explaining the incident. I received an apology email from them.
Guys, I insist not to take these kind of situations easily unless they get fixed permanently.
