Hello friends this is sawan molwa and I am an executive work and HCL technologies Ltd I was working there for 2 years has an executive in this two years what I had experienced there is I resign the job in the month of of June 2018 why let me tell you in this company if you are a fresher then it is good for you because you will learn so many things here but if you are an experience person and you do work with honesty and with their hard work you will not have any career growth here because I had suffered from this thing there is is very much politics if you are buttering the managers then you can have any growth in this company everyone thinks about themselves no one is caring to other employees and also there is no job security at all because there was my one friend who is working with their the manager has fired him telling him that he is not working properly but I know that he was a great employed there we works all his work with hard work and honestly and if we talk about the salary which they are paying to us is not according to the value of the person because I was the well experience person but my salary was just 25000 in this two years I did not get any increment in my salary just of thousand 1000-2000 theirfor I think that I will not have any career growth here therefore I resigned them.
and I also want to suggest you that if you are a fresher then you can work there for 6 month of a 1 year but if you are experienced person you will not have job security there and also no career growth because there is lot of politics and if you talk about ceo who is well experience but don't think about their employees so finally I would like to suggest you there are much more get companies that HCL technologies Ltd.
