I am using this laptop very happily and it did not produced any problem. HP laptops always too much ahead from all laptop, specially its hardware. I have also another laptops of HP brand and never found any problem related to hardware specially from sound quality. Design is very good and user friendly, completely reliable. think you can not find these functions and qualities in this price range. And the most important HP service is very good. Service centers are almost everywhere.
