I know hp is a big brand and it has a great variety of printers especially the colour ones. But in my opinion the deskjet 2050 model was not that effective and value for money. I.bought this at the price of something around 3500 rs. I thought it would be useful but I was wrong as it proved to be waste. The prints were not that good I mean colour saturation. Also it is not that efficient as it consumes too much ink. Also the ink cartridge is also very expensive. The sad reality of low cost I mean under 5000rs printer is that you need to take a print daily or else the ink will get dried up ending up to waste of your money. It is good for people who take out prints frequently. It has a scanner and also print in black and white. It comes in body colour black and white. It doesnt contain any wireless printing. In this price range I must say you should buy other printers.
The customer service is also not that good and let me tell you mine experience. I bought it and after a year the printer stop working I enquired the store they said go to service center and they said the pcb is damaged and I asked them why so then he said that it is like that only the life time of such printers are 1-3 years.
So think before you buy.
