To be honest, Internet speed is not up to mark as compare to other service provider which are available in the market. I used to Hathway Broadband connection service and I really feel bad experience with speed & VPN connectivity issue. As I am working in IT sector and generally I have to login from Home. I have faced VPN connectivity problem many times and Download & Upload speed are also very slow even some time I was unable to upload my file.
I want to suggest everyone, it’s not reliable while you are working from home. Kindly don’t trust on Hathway service if you are working through VPN connectivity.
Service and support are also very bad. Technician are not resolving problem as it should be. it will take too long time for getting resolution of the speed & connectivity issue.
