I bought hindware toilet seat due to good brand but with in 2-3 years it’s get cracked. Register complaint on tollfree number, technician came fill up the form and after that no one revert about the complaint.After 2days called up to same person he said disapproved from management. There is no communication between customer and company.without any reason they said this is disapproved from superior person. This is waste of money on hindware. I have warranty card, invoice and everything, i need a reason of crack no one can answer from hindware. Only copy paste answer they are giving.
