Horrible

Its about 20 days since I have made a booking. Daily I have to waste my time calling uneducated call center executives. Till today no one knows where this product is. No amount of begging beseeching pleading can help you in any away. They have absolutely no goddamn idea where the product is. Their logistic partner gives a fake AWB number and when you put that in their website it returns a blank screen. Never waste your time and money on HOMESTOP. NEVER NEVER NEVER.


Today as on 31 July 2012 I still have not received my order- I have never encountered such a defeciency of service from any online company. It makes me think that homeshop 18 is in the con business. I have bought a whirlpool washingmachine 20 days back and till today order is not delivered. I have spoken to atleast 20 agents each for 20 - 30 minutes. None of them know anything about the washing machine or the AWB number. They say that even their TLs, MDs, CEO noone knows the whereabouts of the washing machine. They are helpless as they don’t know the back-end numbers, don’t know vendor numbers, know nothing. They have asked me to cancel the order or to wait some more days. How many days they don’t know.


I have wasted time, , money and energy on this futile exercise which makes me think that getting my a$$ up from the goddamn chair and walking/ hopping up on one leg to the nearest store was a better idea. It was in a moment of insanity, that it struck me to buy a washing machine online and that too from your con company. I have already cautioned others on FB, twitter and other online forums against committing such blunders. I had only heard of nigerian online frauds in banking. I never knew that your company was into such nefarious activities.


I have learnt my lesson well - NEVER BUY GOODS FROM HOMESHOP18!!
