Ordered a whole bunch of gifts for diwali as it seemed convenient to order online instead of wandering store to store; NONE of the orders arrived on/before time, but the most annoying and horrible part of dealing with them came forward when I RETURNED an item. Two weeks of contacting them every single day and being on the phone for hour every single day, then finally they sent the check for refund.
The people answering phones, the infamous India’s BPO industry, are not even remotely professionals; they are all boys and girls who flunked in school most likely and now do these jobs for "time pass"; they have no idea how to deal with a customer or any empathy for the person’s grievance; absolutely horrible experience, I know on TV their products and prices look attractive, but folks stay away from these websites, and stick to good old brick and mortar stores.
