Hotel safar and restaurant is one of the restaurant in the city of Ahmedabad.There service quality is very poor.There is no host/hostess at the host stand to greet you.An unwanted smell always disrupts you there.There service is very slow, They does not maintain proper hygeine.Some of the limitations of Hotel safar and restaurant are as follows.
1) .FOOD AND PRESENTATION - The food which they serve is terribl, It is tastless and sour with lot of edible oil used in it, Their courses are not timed properly, Their is not much of variety in their menu list.
2) .CUSTOMER SERVICE - There service quality is very poor.Their is no host/hostess in the restaurant who can greet you.There staff members members are very Unprofessional, they keeps chatting with each other rather than attending to customers.Sometimes, their staff members behaves rudely and harshly with their customers.
3) AMBIENCE - They serve the food in broken plates, There is no facility of air Conditioning in the restaurant, There will always be water lying on the floor.Bathroom is poorly kept with lot of dirt, which is not in the condition to be used.
4) .VALUE FOR MONEY - They charges high amount for their average service, A small dosa costs me rs500 there.Sometimes, they provide inaccurate bill to their customers.There is no facility of paying the bill through cashless method.
5) .There staff members seems miserable or distracted and seems to want you leave.
FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I STRICTLY RECOMMEND NOT TO PREFER "Hotel Safar and Restaurant, Ahmedabad".
