I m sharing my personal experience of working with IBM Daksh, Gurugram in the year 2009. It was my first Job.
I had never worked for a BPO before. But many of my friends were working in BPOs. They were getting good salary and 2 days fixed off. So, I also decided to join since I was getting a good salary and 2 days off too. HR selected me for a Domestic Process according to my skills and ability. HR asked to join a Domestic Process in the company IBM DAKSH, Gurugram and I agreed.
They started with product knowledge and training. I was told the way of handling calls and how to tackle customers.The training was for 14 to 15 days. After that, they took my mock calls. And finally we hit the floor after assessment.
It was a process of Inbound Airtel Prepaid and Post Paid. It was very hectic. In my 9 hrs shift, I need to handle at least 150 to 180 calls and some irate customers. So pathetic. But some times, I used to feel proud when I used to receive appreciation call. It was very hectic. I really don’t like that because some times, we can’t take our breaks due to heavy call flow.
But after an year, I got selected for an International Process. And this process helped me a lot to work under high pressure. I worked in IBM Daksh PVT Ltd for 2 years.
I am writing here to share my experience against IBM daksh which is now Concentrix, Daksh. My Managers & Supervisors were good. In two years, I learnt a lot of things here.
I think I started my career from IBM Daksh only because this is the company who cares for thier employee. No salary issues. Salary comes on time and before before due to bank holiday.
Supervisors & managers are supportive in this organisation, if we have any query. Company has good incentive plan for their employees.
