ICICI’s credit card team called me and told that on my ICICI account I am being provided with a special offer and I can avail a lifetime free coral credit card. They gave me a referral code and I applied for the card from my iMobile app during the call itself as they were providing instructions on how to avail the offer and request the card.
I got my card recently. Now ICICI is telling me that I will have to pay the annual fee and there is no such offer.
A clear scam being run by ICICI credit card team officially to increase sales. Beware folks!
