I hate ICICI life insurance.
Couple of years ago, I took this insurance through one agent in ICICI bank, 1, 00, 000/Annum. After one year it became 70, 000. When I talked to one guy in ICICI bank, He said… “your policy is very good, got 12% appreciation”. I got shocked. Then he explained out 1, 00, 000, ICICI gave~40% commission to agent. Rest of the money was in my account. That’s why I got more than 10% appreciation with respect to ICICI employee. But…, agent never told about his commission. Even there my mistake was also there, I didn’t ask about commission. I put sign on 100 pages of terms and conditions.
Then I realized ICICI care about their agents, but not final customers. After that I never approached ICICI bank for insurance. And also, I suggested all of my friends also.
Later so many ICICI employees approached me for insurance, they told 0% commission. But I didn’t take any insurance. ICICI already lost faith.
