I had placed an order of dress material from Indiarush.com on 30th June’15 & same was not delivered to me on their given time. After long follow up & emails with courier company & Indiarush got to know the product is lost in between & later than product was redispatch to my address. I got my product after 15 days & what. the quality of material cloth was not good. Immediately next day I spoke to customer care to return the product as I was not satisfied because of product quality. The person told me to fill the return form in their website & asked to keep the product ready so the courier person will come to pick up with no return money policy, they do the credit to buy some other product. I was ok & same was done immediately. After 3 days of waiting I again contacted Indiarush customer care & email for pick up & later got to know their is no courier facility for Mumbai region for pickup & was asked me to courier the product by myself to their given address. This was really irritating. we buy the product not for free, we pay for it & we get this poor service. The product is still with me thinking who will again get into this issues & our money is wasted.
So people pls think twice before placing any order in Indiarush. This was really irritating & painfull to get a product & if you don’t like it you yourself only have to courier back the product. The service given by them is pathetic so pls dont buy any product from INDIARUSH.COM.
