I applied for a premium IndusInd Credit Card Indulge. It comes with a Fee of 1L+ Gst which totals to 1.18 Lakh. They had promised me that once I pay the Fee I shall receive vouchers worth 1 lakh from the Bank within in 15-20 days. They have stated the offer on email since I told them I would like the offer in written. I made the payment on 2-Jun-2023 and they havent send me the vouchers and its about to be five months now since payment .
I have made so many calls and wrote so many emails that I have lost the count. After three months of making the payment on 16-Sep-2023, I told them to cancel the card and refund me the Fee. Now they are not doing that as well. Their customer care team is of no use. The sales guys who made the sales and promises keep on telling that nothing is in their hands as the Customer Dispatch team is not able to send.
The Grievance Redressal team talks so rudely to you as if to make you feel that you are at fault. however they dont resolve the issue. Now I do not want the Vouchers, I just want the card to be cancelled fee refund to be made. They are not answering on that as well.
They finally sent me a link to access my Voucher account after 4 months when I forwarded them the complaint made to RBI against them. However the account had zero balance and the Vouchers were never credited to it. So this was just an eye-wash again.
I bring forth this experience of mine so as to help even a single person to save them from the fraud perpetrated by this bank.
The bank personnel behave as if they have no law to abide by.
