Ioffer is like any other person to person website. Anyone can be a seller and anyone can be a buyer. Just like ebay, art and fire, etsy, amazon.I believe the experience really depends on the seller.
Ive only purchased work out dvds(Insanity) on this website and it arrived on time and works perfectly well. It is regularly about$120 but I purchased it for$25 total and shipping was included. When purchasing, make sure to check the sellers credibility, their ratings, how long theyve been with ioffer, and reviews. I felt like it was just common sense to do so. I was also afraid to give out personal information like my credit card numbers, etc. in case it was a scam, so I made a paypal account and paid for my purchases that way. If it was a scam and I never received my items, I would most likely be able to get my money back(better than giving out card info directly right?) and none of my information is compromised.
Ive been using these dvds everyday for about a month since the day received and Ive had no problems. I am happy to use ioffer again but I heard most(all?) of the products are replicas or remakes of the originals. Therefore, brand names in clothes, shoes, bags, glasses, phones, etc. are going to be knockoffs, quality will probably be a bit worse than actual brand names.
Just remember all sellers of ioffer are not cons, and ioffer the website cannot be accountable for all bad sellers. Use your brain when making decisions.
