Similar Bluetooth headsets are available at 25% price. I bought it with a perception that JBL being the brand leader, would have something better than the cheaper ones.
1) Battery life is quite short
2) I purchased one on 22.05.22. About a fortnight back saw that its ON/OFF switch was shifting in its place. It is not supposed to. As it was not affecting performance, I did not bother. About 4/5 days back, I saw that the ON/OFF switch had fallen off and there was a void there.
Perceiving that the warranty period was 12 months, I called up their customer care. It is a hell of an effort to get to their customer care. The email sent bounced. I was fortunate that after about an hours attempt and several emails and WhatsApp messages, I could speak to someone. The guy on the other end said that the warranty does not cover any PHYSICAL DAMAGE. I could understand if the headset had been hit by something causing physical damage, the warranty may not be available.
3) If the ON/OFF switch had started shifting from its place, means that there was some manufacturing defect. If the switch was already loosened and fallen off, it must have happened due to some manufacturing defect.
4) There are several other brands costing at best half and rendering significantly better service.
