I was a Loyal Customer to Jabong and spent nearly 18k on various shopping in last 1-2 years.I almost stopped shopping on Jabong because Im getting even more good deals on Amazon.Recently I keep receiving mails from Jabong about some points getting expired and redeem them before they expire as they do not exist anymore.
After many mails I redeemed the points for a 350/- Voucher.I searched the whole website and finally made up my mind to purchase a beauty product "Foundation in shade 12" and paid 155/- out of which 100 is for shipping.Now after all this I received the WRONG product in shade "02", I took snapshots of the product and mailed to Jabong.It also said if you are not satisfied with Resolution with customer care do mail us to chiefmAnasultanger@jabong.com.CheifmAnasultanger is nothing but Customer Care.
They do nothing apart from convincing customer to accept for whatever they say.The person told me "since the item is non returnable as an exception we will refund but send us the product".Seriously this is a JOKE.Non returnable and exception.I reminded them it was their mistake once again.The whole process in returning the item and getting another item takes upto15 days and more.
They even advised not to purchase the same product once the refund is done because I might end up with another SHADE and not the correct one.Both persons who called from CheifMAnasultanger department advised the same thing that I will get incorrect product if I order again.
Now after being a customer with Jabong till now I am dumping the foundation into bin and live with the fact that "I was Robbed by Jabong after being a loyal customer for their website"
Jabong unfair practices!Nobody paid me to write this review and Jabong knows the fact.
Update after Few Days
Now after many irritating calls and promises by Jabong finally I shipped out their wrong product upon receiving so many promises by Jabong that they would refund the shipping charges and at the same time they too sent me the right product.I received the correct product and now its time to get my shipping charges.They sent me some form in email and asked me to fill that form with details and tracking number but they still did not authorize.After that I received a call from Jabong to confirm if I received the product.Then I asked about my refund of shipping charges.The lady with whom I spoke asked me to send the courier slip as they did not receive it.While she was on call I attached the courier slip and sent which was also acknowledged by the lady.Later on after few days I received another mail asking to fill the bank details which I did.Shipping charges costed me 150/- and they refunded me 100/-.I mailed them asking what kind of irresponsible behaviour is this and pure robbing by Jabong as their maximum charge for shipping refund was 160/- and I looked around for best and cheapest courier.Now
I received a call from Jabong saying "you received partial amount for shipping because we did not receive the slip" seriously how much can jabong lie to its customer.I asked him to keep the money and rob customers instead of lying daily to customers.He said forward the slip to some another email id again which is part of jabong refunds dept.How many times I have to send?Its like I have to mail to each and every department and person at jabong.Never ever I will open jabong website at the same time informed my other friends who were shopping at jabong all this while about their day light robbing.
