Hello everyone, I am Abhishek Dhyani and I live in New Delhi. Today I am gonna give a detailed review of Jugnoo Autos. This will be my personal experience with Jugnoo Autos.
I booked an Auto from Jugnoo Autos as they were giving first ride at very affordable price( same as all the major Cab Services offers First Ride Free) so I enjoyed the ride with Jugnoo Autos initially. This provoke me to prefer again Jugoo Auto but now they started showing their real side.
After the affordable first ride, their fare gradually increased to a large extent. Afterwards, most of the time when I booked cab from Jugnoo Auto, the drivers itself called be back and told be to cancel the cab as they are stuck in a big jam.
Even their customer support is worst. Their customer support executives doesn’t know how to deal with customers.
Now I would never prefer Jugnoo Autos for my journey.
