We had a very bad experience with KPN speed Parcel. With a great confidence on brand KPN, I had expereienced, KPN Speed parcel proved me wrong. While accepting a small parcel, I was told they can collect parcel personally on Friday after 2 PM at Ernakulam. But when our people including tried several times call. The mobile number printed on lorry is either non exiatant or people did not bother to pick up our call. Yesterday our people wasted their precious time by visiting their office, after finding the exact location of their office at Kochi/ Ernakulam to get answer that it will be delivered today ie saturday, as the parcel is lying in coimbatore. Now we are not sure when the parcel will be delicvered. So please do not send precious
