We bought a Kent water purifier about six months back. For the last 3 months or so, the output rate is less than a litre per hour. 90% water is wasted. It takes hours to get water for drinking purposes. They pay little attention to customer complaints even within the warranty period.
Even the top level people routinely forward the complaints and none turns up for months, despite reminders on phone. And when someone does turn up he would say that the input water is dirty and input water pressure is low. Neighbours with different makes of water purifiers do not face such problems. Filter and carbon pellets were replaced but to no avail. There seems to be no alternative except to throw this off and buy another make.
