I booked KIA Seltos HTK+ IMT on 09-May-2021 with the booking number B202103646. This is with dealer "JSP KIA - Singasandra", Hosur Road. No. 3/3, Opp Pillar No. 118, Singasandra Village, Begur Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India 560068.
I had horrible experience with this dealer and the salesperson NAGARJUN MS and N A DARSHAN. They never reply to call or message. I must be fortunate to connect with them for an update. Every time I connect with them, they will say by Month end I will get my car. No proper communication of delay of delivery, false delivery promises every time. I tried many times in the month of Aug 2021. It was said that I will get the vehicle by 30th Aug. I tried to reach again on 04-Sep-2021 for the status of the car as it was promised car will be available to me by 30-Aug-2021 and no updates from the dealer. After trying many times, I was fortunate to connect with Mr. N A DARSHAN who again mentioned I will get the car by Sep 2021.
I booked the car immediately after the launch and waited for 4 months for the car. I can say it is a frustrating customer experience till date. Due to JSP KIA, I lost trust with the brand and cancelled the booking. I hope I will get my refund on time.
One thing is sure that if you book a car with JSP Kia you will suffer. If this is the condition in pre-sales. Think of after sales service. I guess should be horrible too.
If you cannot deliver a vehicle within a specified timeframe, please inform the customer during booking itself or well in advance. I reached out to them by email also, no response so far and I doubt I will get one.
