ISSUE RESOLVED - GOT A NEW PURSE IN EXCHANGE

Koovs.com fraud company, they sell defective products. I had very bad experience.  I bought a sling back from them, firstly they send me a defected product! I could not USE IT ON THE OCCASION.


I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY ITSELF TO REPORT THE ISSUE AND WANTED JUST AN EXCHANGE.


BTW, ( CUSTOMER CARE SUGGESTED I PURCHASE  THE SAME PIECE AGAIN AND ASK FOR A REFUND ON THIS ONE


THEN I RECEIVE AN EMAIL SAYING THAT THE PRODUCT MEETS QUALITY STANDARDS, HAHAHAA!


They CAN NOT  replace or refund WHAT RUBBISH!. There customer service sucks big time, there representative make fake promises & if ask for supervisor they just disconnect your call. I will never ever buy anything from koovs.com & I will make sure that I share my experience with my friends & family. So they don’t buy either. Pathetic koovs.com u ppl suck. Fraud.
