My wife has been visiting this hospital for the last 10 days for getting regular injections.The nurses here are very rude and unprofessional. Yesterday my wife complained about the rude behavior and completely unprofessional way of the nurses to the reception staff and requested for another nurse to administer the injection. She was told to meet another nurse. The new nurse in question refused to administer the injection saying that you will complain about me as well. Despite repeated requests by my wife, she did not budge and started using foul language.
To our utter dismay, when my wife requested to meet Dr MeenuTyagi to discuss this matter she did’nt even hear our side of the story and said we have enough reason not to administer the injection to you.When asked about the reason, she simply said you are not our patient hence we can refuse you. She started pushing my wife and her mother who is a senior citizen out of her cabin.My wife protested and requested to show some basic professional etiquette.
I request all to boycott this unprofessional hospital which I am sure must be involved in other illegal activities like female foeticide. I would never recommend any one to visit this hospital or Dr Meenu Tyagi and her husband Dr Sanjeev Tyagi.
This hosipital is a blot on medical community. Avoid as much as you can.
