I travelled from Rome to Kuwait in flight. I am extremely disappointed with the service offered.
I had ordered for Non veg Hindu meal(while ticket booking) but was given rice with spinach(vegetarian). I told the cabin crew to give me what I ordered. She said we have to eat what is offered and if there is any extra plate after giving to other passengers, only then she will be able to give me any non-vegetarian plate. Another cabin crew Priyanka said we need to eat what is given to us as they don’t have extra, to which I said we don’t want any food. However, I felt strange when I saw her offering extra food plates to other passengers when she told us a while ago she didn’t have any extra food. After reminding the cabin crew again, she said only chicken with potatoes was available, so we accepted that.
Kuwait Airways is not a budget airline. They made a mistake by not giving us the meal we ordered and also made us wait for food.
Moreover, the other air hostess gave me half a glass of soft drink while a can was offered to a few others. There was no bottle of water offered which is even given by budget airlines.
Very discriminatory behavior by the crew. I am appalled by this kind of service and will think before booking another flight with Kuwait Airlines. The flight staff need to know hospitality or they are in the wrong profession.
