We bought this product on diwali as our old oven was not working well
But we are now regretting about this
As this oven is not up to the mark
It is very easy to use and anyone can use it easily but it doesnt heat or cook food properly
The food remains cold from inside even if we heat it for 3-4 minutes
This oven is durable because on of my nieghbour has this same oven and its working fine for them from last 1 year
The design and look of this oven is stylish
It takes around 30 minutes to get clean which is too much and its customer care support is just fooling us by giving random reasons which is not satisfying at all
