I asked for a haircut with highlights. The haircut was a basic trim, not worth the money. The highlights were done so poorly that they are not visible at all. A waste of two hours! More importantly the staff needs to be given extensive training in customer service. This was my fourth visit and I’ve either seen staff members fighting with each other or pushing products to customers needlessly or pinpointing hair/skin issues so that customers avail of other services. I wouldn’t recommend making this your regular go-to salon.
