Please find my worst experience with Learn next(learnext - virtual class room for students up to 12th standard run by Learn next pvt ltd).
We purchased the LN pack on 21nd March and the DVDs were delivered to us on 27-March.
While installing to laptop itself we found some problem, called your customer support couple of times and came to know there were some fault, we couldnt install 100%, we downloaded rest of the content from online through internet. We were subscribed last year 7th standard which we completely uninstalled through control panel before installing.
While ordering itself on 21-March we clearly told your sales person that this pack should be compatible to Tablet and he promised that LN will provide option that it will work in tab also.
We have a tab with latest configurations(Lenovo A8) and trying to push LN contents from laptop to Tab for the past 9 days. Almost 10 times already called your customer service and every time we get some guidance and we spent more than couple of hours in it and there is no solution yet. Totally we would have spent almost 50 hours online & over phone call to customer support. Yet, the "push to tab" option couldnt be enabled.
Last time, on 3-Apr your customer support engineer took our laptop to his custody through remote network for almost 2 hours and enabled the "put to tab" option. And he advised us to click the Push to tab button after connecting to tab, it may take few hours to copy.
But when we trying to do so, again we ended up in frustration that it was throwing an error message as attached in the PDF file. Please refer it.
My simple and humble request: "WE LOST OUR PATIENCE, ADVICE ME A SINGLE(LAST) TRY & PERMANENT SOLUTION" since I dont have time to do sit along with you for days and days for this.
I dont understand, how did your team send a set of fault DVDs / software even after we strictly mentioned that this should be compatible to tab. In fact, I called & reminded once again on the next day(on 22-Mar) this request(to be compatible with tab). Please check your records.
Although we have laptop we should have LN in tab also since we will be travelling in April-May during summer vacation and tab will be useful during these days than a laptop.
SO FAR EVEN AFTER MANY DAYS THERE IS NO RESPONSE.
IT IS COSTLIEST AMONG THE SERVICE PROVIDERS IN THIS GROUP.
PLEASE DONT GO FOR IT.
