Myself Chaitali and today I would like to share my personal experience with the Lenovo HW02 plus Smart Band which I bot around 2 months ago from a fitness store in kolkata.
By looks it is far behind then other companies like Mi, FastTrack etc. The display is very small 40 x 72 pixel OLED touch screen which is extremely poor in visibility quality and on outdoor you cant see the screen. Lenovo says the band is made of skin friendly TPU+TPE materials but it is not at all user friendly and often leaves a mark on skin and is very tight. Wearing the ban is very difficult as you need to put the steel buttons in the hole.The battery quality is very poor and you can use it for three hours only and after that the battery dies. I charged it for more then eight hours still it gave me only three hours of use. All over this product is very poor and I am not at all satisfied. I called to the customer service desk but no answer and they don’t have a service center at kolkata.
So friends buying this product is very risky thing, Better you buy some other brands fitness bands.
