I bought this mobile 3 years ago as per recommendations and for few months, I used it without any problem until one day, it failed to recognize my fingerprint and I had to reboot it which made me lose some important data. Again few days later, it switched off on its own and decided not to wake up until it was hospitalized in the Service Center for several hours, only then it recovered but only for few minutes because it again had an attack and this time it was declared that it needs to undergo an operation where the mother-board needs repairing. I was lucky that my warranty had everything covered. Moreover, the Service Center people are lazy and did not let me keep the invoice. So, I don’t have any evidence with me of my phone been repaired, that too twice.
I am still using this phone and I would say it is very good phone, except for what happened to the motherboard. I played PUBG and Call Of Duty and it ran very smoothly, got great battery backup, 5 inches screen which makes it very handy, enhanced sound quality due to in-built Dolby Atmos, a good camera 13 MP rear camera and 8 MP front camera and is very user-friendly.
